What do you have to do with that crazy PokéParadox dude?
Well basically he is just a character I created. To ellaborate, my friend EVIL_DISCO_GUY (I won't disclose his name unless he permits it ;) ) did an excellent redesign of the website I used to run AGES ago. It had a rubbish name, and my design skills weren't up to much at the time. Well during his renovation he renamed it : "The Pokémon Paradox" I liked this name, and shortly after I adopted the internet nickname PokéParadox.

So that means that PokéParadox is you!?
You are not wrong! But that is a simplication of things. As my knowledge of all things internetesque increased, so did the number of people in my contact lists on mail accounts, instant messenger programs, etc, etc. I decided to create a seperate account for friends and family and and another for other people... this other people account used the PokéParadox nickname, although some people are still in the wrong account, or both!

Nope there is more. In 2000... I don't remember really... I'm guessing dates! ZMAN asked me if he could sprite something for me... he asked what sort of things I wanted my sprite to have so I said: "Ok, base it on a MegaMan sprite... Give him funky brown hair that looks like that when Sonic changes into Super Sonic, give him an X-Buster... but make it like the one that Zero has. I also want a black K on the white short sleaved T-Shirt and he should be wearing jeans and shades... and make him look COOL!"
Now those weren't my EXACT words... but you can be sure it was something to that extent! This was the 1st time PokéParadox had an image.
In 2002 ish Skysurfer87 made me an alternative avatar which included a Pokéball and the name, PokéParadox underneath.

Is THAT it!?
No! During my internet time I have noticed I behave quite a bit differently than I would do if it was myself in person. For instance, I have MUCH more confidence, I'm actually quite shy around people I meet in real life... whereas over the internet I don't worry what people might think of me. (This is less true now... I feel more confident in general nowadays! :) )Well because of the different behaviour, and also because the different behaviour is more prominent with my 'PokéParadox' contacts. I came to the idea of giving PokéParadox his own identity... this happened 22nd August 2005 When I was travelling from Argentina to Chile, during my vacation in Chile.

So you are saying OTHER PEOPLE created the PokéParadox image?
No That's actually what you are inferring by asking me that question! ;) No ZMAN may have sprited the original PokéParadox character... but he did so FOR ME, and he did it through MY SUGGESTIONS. Since then I have hand drawn PokéParadox (I meant to do so numerous times, but never had the time nor motivation!) And the first fully Kevin created PokéParadox appeared on: 30th June 2005!
